Return Policy

Easy Return to Sydney Warehouse

We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive your parcel in our Sydney warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued

Return Methods

1. ParcelPoint: Return through your local ParcelPoint store in over 1,300 locations. Open 7 days a week, early until late. Australia wide flat rate at $6.95 if the package weight is under 20kg

2. Post Office: Return through your local Australia Post post office in over 4,400 locations, Open Mon - Sat, early until late. Fee is actual postage cost to Greenhills Beach, NSW 2230

Note: You will need to cover the cost of return postage. New Zealand customer please obtain return address from customer service representative.

Return Steps

(1) Sign into your SHEIN account.

(2) Confirme order delivery and contact customer service representative (submit a ticket or livechat) of items you want to return.

(3) Once approved, the return instruction will be sent via ticket or livechat to complete final return procedures, a return id will be generated upon completion.

(4) Print out return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

(5) Drop off at your designated Parcelpoint or Australia post location

Note: We will only accept returned item(s) that have been approved by our customer service representative.

Return Conditions

Items returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, loungewear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your SHEIN wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note:The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
