3500 Lbs
About these items High-Tensile Polyester Strap for Secure Pulling Equipped with a robust 33' polyester strap, this manual crank winch is engineered for secure and reliable pulling performance. The strap resists fraying and tearing, making it a dependable alternative to weaker ropes. With a maximum pulling force of 1600 lbs or 3500 lbs depending on the model, it is purpose-built to manage heavy-duty tasks like pulling boats, vehicles, and trailers across diverse environments. Whether used on the shore or on land, this durable strap ensures safety and consistency in high-load scenarios. Dual and Single Speed Two-Way Ratchet for Versatile Control Both versions of this manual hand winch feature a carbon steel two-way ratchet mechanism. The 1600 lbs model offers a single 4:1 gear ratio for steady, controlled retraction, while the 3500 lbs version incorporates a 4:1 and 8:1 dual-speed design that adapts to different workload demands. These hardened gears undergo a high-temperature process, reinforcing their strength and allowing them to function efficiently outdoors without risk of wear or slippage, ensuring smooth operation during reeling in or out. Forged Hook with Corrosion-Resistant Build Each hand winch includes a forged hook crafted for enhanced strength and long-term use. Designed with wide openings-24 mm on the 1600 lbs model and 26 mm on the 3500 lbs version-these hooks are ideal for managing substantial weight without deforming. Their rust-resistant coating and crack-proof design further extend usability, even in humid or coastal conditions. Integrated safety latches offer additional reassurance by securing the load firmly during transportation or anchoring. Ergonomic Manual Crank Handle with Comfortable Grip Designed for efficiency and ease, the crank handle measures 8' on the lighter model and 10' on the heavier model, offering optimal torque and control. Crafted with user comfort in mind, the handle's ergonomic design reduces strain during repeated use. Coupled with a robust galvanized frame, the handle and housing ensure long-term durability and resistance to outdoor elements, making it easy to maneuver heavy objects without added fatigue. Adaptable Use for Trailers Boats and All-Terrain Vehicles This heavy-duty hand winch provides horizontal pulling power suitable for various applications. Whether affixed to a boat trailer, ATV, or other towing setups, its simple setup and durable mechanics make it suitable for use in outdoor settings including docks, campsites, or transport areas. Built for flexibility and convenience, it adapts easily to changing environments and heavy-use demands across land and marine settings. Key Differences The main difference between the two models lies in their load capacity and gear configuration. The 1600 lbs model features a single-speed ratchet suitable for lighter pulling tasks, while the 3500 lbs variant includes a dual-speed mechanism for added versatility and control under heavier loads. Handle length and hook size also vary to accommodate the respective force requirements.
